Activision komt met een speciale editie van Goldeneye 007. De editie bevat een gouden classic controller pro voor de Nintendo Wii.
Activision heeft gisteren de gouden Classic Nintendo Wii Controller Pro aangekondigd. Hij is exclusief voor de Nintendo Wii. De speciale editie wordt samen met het spel aangeboden en heet de Goldeneye Classic Edition Bundle. De gouden controller is geïnspireerd op de Golden Gun en bied een extra optie in het spel aan.
James Bond Nederland schreef op 1 augustus al over de gouden controller. Waarschijnlijk heeft een webwinkel de bundle te vroeg op internet gezet. Of het kon niet wachten op de aankondiging.
Maar nu is de gouden controller werkelijkheid. Het pakket gaat in de Verenigde Staten 69.99 dollar kosten. Voor de Nintendo DS verschijnt zoals bekend een aparte versie van het spel.
Hoofd marketing Activision David Pokress: “Naast de classic controller pro en de Nunckuk heeft de speler voor Goldeneye ook de mogelijkheid om met de Wii Remote te spelen. Op die manier heeft de speler verschillende manieren om Goldeneye 007 te ervaren.”

Het is niet bekend of de Golden Classic Controller Pro ook in Nederland geleverd gaat worden.
